Shipping costs

We offer flat shipping costs based on your geographic area, depending on the weight and volume of the products in your shopping cart.

Processing times

Due to high order volume, your shipment may take longer than usual. Please be assured that we are working as quickly as we can to process all orders as quickly as possible. Order processing usually takes 1 – 2 business days. We understand that the wait can be frustrating, but we are committed to maintaining the quality of our products and thank you for your understanding.

Changes

If you need to change your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request for change. Once your order has been shipped, changes cannot be made. To avoid unnecessary problems, please make sure you select the correct size and color for the item you wish to order.
